TERMS OF SERVICE – MAGICPRINT

1. License of Use

The purchase of MagicPrint grants you a personal and professional lifetime license, non‑exclusive and non‑transferable, to use the software on workstations owned or controlled by the purchaser. Resale, sublicensing, decompilation, reverse engineering, modification, or any form of unauthorized distribution of the software or its installation files is strictly prohibited. Any violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of the license without refund.

2. Technical Requirements

MagicPrint is designed exclusively for Windows 10 or later operating systems. It is the user’s responsibility to verify, before purchase, that their hardware and operating system meet these requirements. Any inability to use the software due to incompatible hardware or software does not entitle the user to a refund.

3. Limitation of Liability

MagicPrint uses artificial intelligence algorithms to enhance image files intended for printing. While it is designed to improve perceived quality, it does not guarantee a “perfect” result when the source files are heavily damaged, compressed, or technically unsuitable for printing.

The user is solely responsible for the final verification of the generated files and for any related printing costs. The software provider is not liable for reprints, waste, or economic loss resulting from:

  • Improper use of the software.
  • Incorrect evaluation of the results.
  • Technical limitations of the source material.

4. Privacy and File Handling

MagicPrint works 100% offline: processed images remain on the user’s device and are not sent to our servers or shared with third parties. We do not collect or store image files processed by the software. Any personal data we process is limited to the information provided during purchase (e.g., name, email, billing info) and is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on our website.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in and to MagicPrint, including but not limited to the software code, algorithms, interface design, and branding, are the exclusive property of the provider. This agreement does not grant the user any ownership rights over the software.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
