Refund Policy and 30‑Day Total Guarantee

1. Digital products and right of withdrawal

MagicPrint is a digital software delivered via instant download.  
Under Art. 59, lett. o) of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded once performance of the contract has begun (download of the file or access to the installation link).

By completing your purchase you:

- authorize the immediate supply of the digital product  
- expressly agree to waive the 14‑day right of withdrawal  


2. Commercial “30‑Day Total Guarantee”

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary commercial guarantee:

> 30‑Day Total Guarantee
> Test it on your worst client files.  
> If the result is not clearly better than the original and print‑ready, we will refund 100% of your payment, no questions asked.

This guarantee is additional to statutory rights and does not replace the legal rules that apply to digital products.


3. Refund procedure and conditions

To request a refund under this guarantee within 30 days from the date of purchase, you must:

1. Send the following to our support team:  
   - the original file received from your client (e.g. WhatsApp image)  
   - the file processed with MagicPrint  
   - a short description of what you find unsatisfactory in the result  

2. Allow our team to:  
   - verify that the software was installed correctly  
   - check that the settings were used in accordance with the user guides provided  

3. A refund is granted when, in the technical opinion of our team, the result is not clearly better and print‑ready compared to the original.

Refunds are not issued for:

- subjective expectations not related to print quality  
- use on hardware that does not meet the stated minimum requirements  
- incorrect use of the software contrary to the documentation provided  


4. Technical support

For issues related to:

- installation or activation  
- damaged installation files  
- error messages or malfunctions  

our technical support team is available to help you get the software fully up and running.
